Meet Emmy

Hi there, and thank you for taking a moment to get to know me.

A local to the PNW, I attended Newport High school, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Sociology and Law, Societies, and Justices. Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest I have a profound love and appreciation for all it has to offer. I have been in and around the real estate industry my entire life and have always dreamed of being in this position to be a part of people's lives as they make one of the most important decisions, on their journey to home ownership. With my training, paired with the abundant resources Coldwell Banker Bain has to offer our clients, I know that I can help you achieve your goals! Whether your goal is to find the home of your dreams, or if you are seeking to market your home to attract the most qualified buyer, I can help. I pride myself on my work ethic and I'm devoted to serving your real estate needs. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dog Charlie, eating out at my favorite restaurants (my favorite food is Korean and Italian), and playing volleyball with friends.

I'm a second generation Korean-American and also speak korean. With my familial background I have a deep insight into what the process of relocating to a foreign area looks like first hand. It often can be a scary and intimidating lifestyle change, but my job is to use all of my resources and knowlegde to make this transition smoother and less worrisome for my clients!
